Reading Classes

Reading is not merely the calling or identifying of words, but the skill of understanding what is read. Placing a special emphasis on reading helps to boost a child’s self esteem, develop focus, build literacy awareness and concentration in turn developing competency in other subject areas. When a child develops the skills of decoding, fluency, and vocabulary skills, he will be able to connect ideas and help him understand the whole text regardless of the subject and reading level. A preliminary reading test is conducted to determine the child’s reading level and learning programs and materials customized to improve your child’s reading level.
